I used to bike around and in the circle a bit but walking around gives you a different perspetive. These houses are also known collectively as “The Painted Ladies”. These houses are also seen in many San Francisco-themed Movies and TV shows, most notably "Full House."

On the morning of November 13, 2011 right before the controversial Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 fight, I was browsing through Google Maps when I spotted the La Mesa Dam Eco Park. A few weeks earlier, my friend, Eufer, had posted some pictures when he went to the park. I was also looking for an interesting place to bring my dogs. So on this morning, I decided to take a quick trip to finally see the Eco Park which is somewhat nearby to where I live in Quezon City.

I’ve been to Boracay Island many times since my first visit in 2002 though my last trip was in 2008. There have been a lot of nice changes to the island and its facilities since then. Over the years, I have read complaints from folks who have complained about the changes to Boracay in the recent past. Pleasantly, I for one am happy with the current state of island, which according to Travel and Leisure is the #2 Island Destination in Asia and #4 in the world.
