When “The Backpack Boy” Jasper Jugan invited me to lunch, he suggested “Crystal Jade” in Greenhills. I had never heard of the place before and what came to mind with the name like Crystal Jade, alongside every stereotypical Chinese restaurant with the words, Golden… Lucky… Dragon… etc. in it was the type of old-style Chinese restaurant where you would see all of these old people celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Thankfully… this was not one of “those” kind of places.
