Everybody’s Café, Angeles City

One of the most famous restaurants in Pampanga is Everybody’s Café in San Fernando. While on our way to Angeles City, my mother, two sisters, and I found a small branch of Everybody’s Café within the Nepo Mart area along Teresa Street.

While small in comparison to the original, it still had its famous fare

I specifically demanded an order of Kapampangan-style Chicharon Bulaclac. What makes the Kapampangan version unique is that it is not your typically oily/greasy and highly salted variety which you would find in supermarkets and peanut stalls around Metro Manila.

While a little redundant to the chicharon bulaklak, my main viand was lechon kawali.
