Actually… from my understanding, the best time to go would be mid afternoon. When we went during the morning, it was high tide, so you didn’t really see the sandbar.

Wow, this is great! I’m really excited to visit Bohol. We are already planning a barkada trip to Bohol this coming September and I’m doing some browsing on what to expect there.
